Hailey Helms

Hailey was born and raised in small town North Carolina and moved to Charlotte in 2015 to pursue a degree in Architecture. Completing her Bachelor of Architecture at UNC Charlotte with a minor in urban studies, she had the opportunity to expand her design knowledge through education and travel. In the final semester of undergrad, she participated in a study abroad program, living and studying in Rome, Italy. She went on to receive her Masters of Architecture from UNCC where she cultivated an interest in the connection between urban growth and residential spaces. Designing at such a personal scale and creating sustainable opportunities for inclusive architecture is what inspires her most.
Hailey joins the CONE team as the second member of the Cone Charlotte office. When she’s not designing, you can find her enjoying a local brew, listening to a crime podcast, or hanging with her pup, Ruby.
