Emily Terzic

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Emily moved to Seattle from Cincinnati. A classic Midwest transplant, Emily moved to the Pacific Northwest for the beautiful outdoors and the vibrant urban environment. An urbanist at heart, she’s always lived in places that prioritize human scaled density.
Emily has been with Cone since 2018, from intern to project manager. In designing critical missing middle housing, her priority has been to promote accessibility of the city for more people. Her belief has always been that good design should be durable and provide value that stands the test of time.
