Pike Pine Townhomes

This two building development will include eight new townhomes, with three levels of living spaces, and four surface parking areas in existing alley.  A combination of entry way modulation, awnings, stoops and decks provide street facing interest. Materials selected in a three-tone palette are used with cedar screening to present a unique presence in townhome design. Pockets of private courtyards and landscaping encourage residents to be outside.
