Roosevelt Town & Row

This grouping of twenty-seven townhouses and rowhouses a few blocks away from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station provides convenient access to the greater Seattle area while embodying a Northwest contemporary aesthetic. Horizontal roof forms, wood, and neutral earthy tones allow this project to both respect tradition while looking toward the future of this neighborhood. An angled wood plane brings a modern element to the street-facing façade and allows the form of the building to serve as a wayfinding element, clearly identifying each unit’s entry.
