G Street Apartments

Currently in design review, the G Street Apartments are located in Tacoma, Washington.  This would mark Cone’s second mid-rise multifamily project in the city. The project includes a nine story apartment building (5 stories of wood over 4 stories of concrete) in the downtown Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma. This building is posed to offer 149 units with 86 parking stalls. The building will contain a mix of efficiency dwelling units, open 1-bed, 1-bed, and 2-bed units, many of them to be designated as affordable (currently in talks with City of Tacoma).
