13th & Spring
This project consists of two (2) structures containing 12 units. Most of the units in this option are proposed to be 5 stories. The two corner units facing 13th Ave are proposed to be 4 stories, in order to better respond to surrounding context (particularly the single family home to the south). Five surface parking stalls and a centralized courtyard are also included in the final design.
