Lake City Residence

The Lake City Residence was designed for a family of six with multiple common spaces and a suite for the grandparents to boot.  Taking advantage of the moderate slope away from the street, a second floor entrance is tucked into the center of the floor plan and leads quickly up to a bright living level with private views of Lake Washington.  The elongated bedroom levels stretch past a thin core of glass walls which surrounds the central stair that connects the upper roof decks with the covered backyard patio.
