Latona House

The Latona House is a speculative Single Family Residence designed to complement the exiting character of Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood.  Utilizing a height bonus afforded by the implementation of a gable roof form the project was able to capture views of Lake Union and downtown.  Large open flex spaces in the vaulted structure of the upper roof open onto a south-facing roof deck which extends the length of the home and creates an expansive, yet exclusive view of seaplanes and the city above the neighboring roof ridges.
