This 26-unit project combines row houses and town houses inside of a fast developing neighborhood. The aim is to provide a traditional exterior build with modern living spaces. The street facing units introduce inviting entry stoops and pitched roofs along NE 85th Street.
Additionally, inspiration was taken from the existing residential surroundings and traditional window trims, fascias, and lap siding were added. The buildings are arranged around two courtyards as an organizing principal of the design. This is to encourage a natural interaction with community and provide quality outdoor spaces between the buildings.
