56th Triple Lot
This project includes three adjacent lots on NW 56th between 9th and 11th in the Ballard community of Seattle. Planning and design consists of two new multi-family residential buildings that provide 6 townhouse units. Additionally, the center lot includes a new building of 7 units. While parking was not required for this heavily transit-serviced area, the two larger buildings each provide a 4-car courtyard and garage parking. The center building, without parking, focuses on pedestrian paths at the SW corner of 56th street. These landscaped pathways lead to unit entrances. Most units include roof decks that afford residents westward views toward the Olympic Mountains.
