21st Avenue Townhomes

These 8 townhomes will be located in the heart of Central District, Seattle. While there is no parking planned in the walkable location, this project is slated to be Built-Green Leed Certified. The exterior material selection includes a mix of horizontal cedar in a “Kebony” gray tone and Corten Steel (a rusty hue). Both materials are at times referred to as “weathering” as the finishes will change in look over time, adding to the character of this exterior.
