16th Ave Townhomes

This seven unit town home project is located on a narrow, urban, infill site in Capitol Hill, Seattle.  West facing units offer individual entries facing 16^th Avenue that includes an existing elevation change, which promotes privacy.  The rear units are oriented with entries to the north and south, removing unwanted visibility from the street.  An increased setback along the south property line accommodates an exceptional, neighboring tree, therefore providing interaction between landscaping and ground level entries.
