Ravenna Homes is composed of three distinct residences, a primary home and two accessory dwelling units, each designed to balance individuality with a shared sense of community.

At the southeast corner of the site, a Tier 2 cedar tree shapes the architecture, guiding the front façade to step back and creating a natural focal point for the kitchen and primary bedroom. The sloping topography allows the two‑car garage to be tucked into the lower level at the rear, leading seamlessly into a mudroom, rec room, and two bedrooms. Above, the main level is bright and open, with an open kitchen, dining, and living space. The upper floor houses a third bedroom and a generous primary suite.

The first accessory dwelling unit, a two‑bedroom residence, sits above the garage with its own private entrance along the south pathway. The second, a detached unit nestled in the rear yard, offers both a backyard connection to the living level and a second‑floor deck adjoining the primary suite. Together, the three homes are carefully arranged to ensure privacy, distinct identity, and a cohesive architectural character.
