Mt. Bakersville is a thoughtfully designed community of 21 residences arranged across five buildings. A network of intersecting pathways weaves the site together, linking homes to vehicular parking, a sheltered bike storage area, and a shared outdoor amenity space that fosters connection among residents.

Located at the end of a quiet street, the project incorporates a required fire‑truck turnaround that has been reimagined as an entry plaza, serving both functional needs and as a communal gathering point.
