Luna Apartments

Luna is an apartment building located on a corner lot in the Roosevelt neighborhood.  This four-story, wood and steel framed structure presents as 3-stories along Roosevelt, keeping with the existing scale of the northern end of this neighborhood.  Shed roofs and large vertical window groupings open up the street-facing facades. Ground-level, two-story units line the sidewalk, buffered by private patios.  An impressive amenity room, covered in brick and glazing, anchors the corner.  This building takes advantage of a sloping site by adding a walk-out basement level on the west side.  Luna apartments is crowned with a large roof deck, complete with sweeping views of downtown Seattle.
