Located across from Licton Springs Park, this two parcel project consists of eleven rowhouses surrounding an auto-court.  Multiple plan types and sizes were designed to offer a diversity of living spaces. The building provides roof decks facing the park and gables on the units adjacent to the neighbors to align with the existing single family context.
